  • When you arrive, your therapist will help you choose the right program based on your wellness goals. You’ll lie comfortably inside the pod as the system warms and massages your body. Most sessions last 20–30 minutes, during which you can completely disconnect and recharge.

    Afterward, many clients report feeling lighter, relaxed, mentally clear, and even energized. For best results, especially in weight management or body sculpting, regular sessions and proper hydration are encouraged.
