When you arrive for your Swedish Massage, your therapist will begin with a brief consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and any areas of tension or concern.
You’ll then be invited to lie comfortably on a heated massage table, fully draped with linens to ensure privacy and warmth. The treatment uses long, gliding strokes, circular pressure, kneading, and gentle tapping techniques, typically beginning on the back and continuing to the legs, arms, neck, and shoulders.
Pressure is customized to your comfort level, whether you prefer light relaxation or a firmer, more therapeutic touch. Throughout the session, calming music and aromatherapy (optional) help you fully unwind. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, rebalanced, and rejuvenated—inside and out.
